Opening a Business Account:

Documentary requirements and general information

All types of legal entities
  • Original signed application form
  • Original signed signature card
  • Certified copies of valid passports for the signatories and the directors
  • Proof of residential address for signatories and directors (documents must cannot be more than three months old) (original or certified coy)
  • Proof of business address.

Foreign Companies
  • Certificate of registration of external company – CM49
  • Certificate of registration of external company – agent acting – CM37
  • Certificate of incorporation of foreign entity
  • Register of directors of foreign entity
  • Memorandum and articles of association of foreign entity
  • Proof of business address of foreign entity.
